Orange County Public Schools in Florida directs families to MealViewer for school menus and to SchoolCash Online for meal accounts. These resources serve the Orlando-area district; the menu search also returns schools outside Florida, so check the school name and city carefully before opening a menu.
How to find your school's menu
Use the current meal-benefit guidance
Check the district’s Meal Benefits page for your school’s current arrangements and application route. It includes 2026–2027 CEP guidance, a school list, and a household economic survey. The survey serves other economic-verification purposes and does not determine meal benefits at CEP schools. Confirm school-specific questions with the district.
Manage meal-account payments separately
The district’s SchoolCash Online guidance explains how to register, attach children, add meal-account funds, arrange automated payments, and view account history. The same district page links the meal-account refund or transfer request. Use those official links rather than treating a payment account as a benefits application.
Request a special meal accommodation
Use the Special Diet Order Form linked on the district’s allergy page. Parents or guardians complete and sign the front, including the medical-information release. For questions, email FSMenu@ocps.net. The district also tells students receiving accommodations to seek the cafeteria staff member wearing a yellow apron, and provides a separate discontinuation form.
